UK surrogate manager

We are looking for a surrogate to join our cutting edge team to support other women considering becoming surrogates in the UK.

You will guide, advise, prepare and screen surrogates who wish to help intended parents to have a family through surrogacy, as well as supporting our surrogate recruitment to raise awareness and encourage more women to come forward. You will be part of the Brilliant Beginnings team which works together collaboratively and closely alongside our sister organisation NGA Law.

We will provide full training and ongoing mentoring for the right candidate. You must:

  • have personal experience of having been a surrogate in the UK yourself, 
  • be prepared to talk about your experience with would-be surrogates, and 
  • be an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.

The role could be full or part time, with flexible working from home or either of our offices in Hampshire and central London.

Client manager - US surrogacy

We are looking for a client manager to join our cutting edge team to support intended parent clients following our US surrogacy pathway.

You will advise and support intended parents with all aspects of building their families through US surrogacy, as well as working with surrogacy professionals in the UK and overseas.  You will be part of the Brilliant Beginnings team which works together collaboratively and closely alongside our sister organisation NGA Law.

We will provide full training and ongoing mentoring for the right candidate. Personal or professional experience of international surrogacy would be helpful and you must be able to demonstrate:

  • a track record of providing exceptional client service,
  • outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills, and
  • an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.

The role could be full or part time, with flexible working from home or either of our offices in Hampshire and central London. The role may suit a parent returning to the workplace or anyone looking for long term flexibility.

Operations assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the NGA Law and Brilliant Beginnings team.  Working at the heart of our small and close-knit Operations Team, and under the supervision of our Operations Manager and Accounts Manager, you will support the wider team to maintain our exceptional client service and to help ensure the smooth running of our offices, facilities and financial processes.  You will work collaboratively with the whole team, with a varied role which includes client-facing work, administration and some IT and accounts work.  Full training will be given.

You will ideally be a graduate and must be able to demonstrate:

  • at least two years’ office experience and
  • an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.

The role is full-time and based at our office in Burgate, Hampshire, although may also suit someone wishing to work from home from time to time.
